How Springbok Casino wagering requirements work, in rand
Short answer
Springbok Casino's wagering requirements are 30x the deposit plus the bonus for deposit coupons, 60x the bonus for no-deposit coupons and 60x the starting value of the spins for free-spin winnings. These are the T&C defaults: an offer that states its own figure replaces them, and every deposit bonus must be wagered in full before Springbok accepts a withdrawal.

01.1 What the wagering clauses say
Version 1.6 of the rulebook has one wagering default for each way a bonus can reach your balance. The multipliers look alike, but what they are applied to differs, and that difference moves the rand total far more than the multiplier itself.

Deposit coupons: your own money joins the base
T&C summary
A bonus claimed with a deposit coupon is wagered 30x the deposit and the bonus added together, unless the promotion sets another figure. Each deposit bonus has to be wagered completely before a withdrawal is possible.
Plain English
The multiplier is applied to the deposit and the bonus together, not to the bonus on its own, so a full match doubles the base before anything is multiplied. Until the target is met, the deposit is tied to the bonus: you cannot take it back out halfway through.

No-deposit coupons: a bigger multiplier on the bonus alone
T&C summary
Bonuses from coupons that need no deposit are wagered 60x the bonus amount, unless the offer says otherwise.
Plain English
With no deposit in the base, only the bonus is multiplied, but the multiplier is twice the deposit-coupon default. The R250 free chip (TEST-SPRINGBOK) works out at R15,000 of bets, and Springbok's promotions page caps what it can pay out at R1,250.

Free spins: the spins set the target, not the win
T&C summary
Winnings from free spins are wagered 60x the initial value of the free spins in rand. No more than 5x that value can be withdrawn, and each batch of spins is tied to one game.
Plain English
The requirement is fixed when the spins land in your account, because it is worked out from what they were worth rather than from what they paid. A big win does not raise it and a small one does not shrink it. The free spins terms go through the payout ceiling in detail.

Wagering before free-spin winnings can be withdrawn
Playthrough is a running total of stakes. Every bet on a game that counts adds its full stake to the total, whether the round wins, loses or hands back exactly what you bet. Wins are not subtracted and losses are not counted twice: the total only records how much was put down.
Stake R10, win R30, stake that R30 again, and R40 has been wagered from a single R10. The balance rises and falls; the wagering total only climbs.
Two other clauses decide how quickly the total can climb:
Only listed games count. Bets on games outside the list do nothing for the target, and placing one before you finish can void the bonus and winnings. The wagering games clause checks that list against the current lobby.
Each bet is capped. No single bet may exceed R100 while a bonus is active, which puts a floor under the number of bets any target needs. The max bet clause shows stake sizes that fit.

01.3 Rollover on each Springbok offer
Rollover is the same requirement under another name. The table runs the defaults across Springbok's coded offers; the base column, the part that gets multiplied, is where most misreadings start.

Example totals use a R500 deposit, with the bonus limited to each code's maximum. Codes go into Redeem Coupon before you deposit: they cannot be credited retroactively.
The SPRINGBOK300 row shows why the biggest match is not always the easiest to use. The larger bonus swells the base, so the same R500 deposit needs R60,000 of bets instead of R30,000. It also carries a cash-out cap that the welcome codes do not, which the max cashout clause works through.
Any other deposit runs the same way: add the bonus to the deposit and multiply by 30x. Round the deposit up to the nearest R10 first if you want a quick upper bound in your head.
01.4 When a wagering requirement works against you
A wagering requirement is the price of a bonus, paid in bets. Every bet carries the house edge of its game, so the more you must stake, the more of the balance that edge tends to take. Many bonus balances run out before they become withdrawable; that is the ordinary outcome.
Skipping the coupon is worth considering when:
you mostly play table games or video poker, which are not on the list of games that count;
you want the option to withdraw soon after depositing, because a deposit without a bonus only has to be wagered at least once;
How many times do I have to wager a Springbok deposit bonus?
30x the deposit plus the bonus, unless the offer sets another figure. Because the deposit is part of the base, a full match doubles the amount that gets multiplied.
What is the wagering on Springbok's R250 free chip?
60x the bonus, which comes to R15,000 of bets before a withdrawal. Springbok's promotions page also caps the payout at R1,250.
Do table games count towards Springbok wagering?
No. Table games and video poker are not on the list of games that count, so bets on them add nothing to the total and, before the target is met, can void the bonus and winnings.
Do I have to wager my deposit if I don't take a bonus?
Yes, but lightly: a deposit without a bonus has to be wagered at least once before a withdrawal. The 30x multiplier applies only when a deposit coupon is redeemed.
