"Unless otherwise stated" is the key phrase
Most bonus clauses end with those four words, which turn the T&Cs into defaults: an offer's own terms win, and the general rule fills the gaps. SPRINGBOK300 names no cash-out limit, so the default for matches above 100% caps it at 15x the deposit.
